RESPONSIBILITY:
My main role is efficiently manage the showroom, set up all processes, goals and contol their fullfilment. Plan and organize in site devices demonstration in cooperation with BDMs. Take care of the professional growth of my coleagues.
WORK IN IPES:
IPES has been opened for customers just a few months ago so the biggest challenges is improving our internal processess and build functional company where the customers will get the highest quality serviceses.
PREVIOUS WORK:
I was in charge of product marketing, production and industrial printing in Konica Minolta for 7 years.
HOBBY:
As a father of two little daughters two and four years old I spend all free time mainly with them and in case I manage to find another free moment I try to do some sports mainly bicycling and swimming.

RESPONSIBILITY:
As my colleagues, i am responsible for demonstration of our equipement to potential customers. Beside of that I print customer´s jobs, or marketing samples as support for our sales force.
WORK IN IPES:
Digital printing in general – technology, versatility and combination of printing techniques on different substrates.
PREVIOUS WORK:
In the past I was process engineer in big production companies, resposible mainly for prepress and printing. I have good knowledge of offset printing, silkscreen or flexo printing, and 9 years experience with printing on plastic substrates.
HOBBY:
My biggest hobby is my family. But when I have free time I take my great bike and ride in forest, because I love mountainbiking.
Peter Jánošík

RESPONSIBILITY:
I work mainly on KM-1 and XY IIJ Stand. I often do routine maintenance to keep the machines in perfect condition. I am personally fascinated by different types of materials, thicknesses, weights, surface texture, the smell of paper, the feeling of touch and so on. I’m just a paper lover.
WORK IN IPES:
I see the biggest challenge in learning new technologies and maintaining this knowledge and developing it further in the form of tests and experiments.
PREVIOUS WORK:
In the past, I worked as a production manager in a small printing company and a printer assistant in a large Slovak printing company.
HOBBY:
I like to work as a carpenter only with hand tools. I love nature and a sustainable way of life. I am a scout and I am an instructor for adventure expeditions for the International Duke of Edinburgh Award (DofE). I play a musical instrument didgeridoo and an Irish tin whistle.

RESPONSIBILITY:
I am mostly responsible for demonstrations and printing on AccurioJet KM-1 and also for editing/preparing the files to the print.
WORK IN IPES:
I see the printing technology as very interesting topic and this is mixing together with my passion to learn and teach/explain the topic which I understand, or just trying to understand – there are still many informations in this field, which you can comprehend just by the years of experience and asking the questions.
PREVIOUS WORK:
I was working as a print operator in small printhouse for 4 years and later responsible for making a product photos, and creating new website layouts. I’ve graduated on university with focus on photograhy, AV communication and graphic design.
HOBBY:
In my free time I like to watch a good movie, go to the nature with my camera. I like to print nice solid gray and dark shapes on a plastic material, with great adhesion, cut a big pile precisely on cutting marks.
