PunchCard Pro®

The PunchCard Pro is a standalone automated plastic card cutting station. Equipped with three simultaneous cutting tool and manual margin with a fully automated advance, PunchCard will die cut each sheet into 21 cards up ISO format (85.5x54mm) with rounded corners and thicknesses of up to 850 microns or 32 mils. Die Cutting of the cards is ensured by reading crops marks using integrated fiber optics. The cards are automatically retrieved in the cheminey stackers(with a automatic ejection system) .
