The secret to our success is ACCURIOPRO FLUX, the CALDERA system of the MGI JETVARNISH 3D EVO and our powerful Accurio Jet KM-1 eHD printer.
What is it? Print order management system
ACCURIOPRO FLUX is Konica Minolta complex software solution specifically designed to manage and automate print jobs for centralized print departments and commercial printers. Thanks to the software, not only can you manage all incoming print jobs, but you can also edit them conveniently.
How do I order samples? Just log in, click on predefined product, enter the print data and set the print parameters.

How does it work?
The ACCURIOPRO FLUX software solution is used for complex print job management. It also helps to create variable data after the order has been placed.
If the order requires processing on more than one device, it is marked with a BAR-code. Separate print and embellishment data are automatically extracted. The system recognizes the defined Spot colors (called Varnish/Foil/Gold/Silver) and creates complete data for our AccurioJet KM1e HD printing device as well as the embellished data for the MGI JETvarnish 3D Evo from them.

Printed samples are embellished on MGI JETVARNISH 3D EVO.
CALDERA software (MGI JETVARNISH 3D EVO software) helps us to convert the print data into a suitable format. The camera captures the BAR-code on the print outputs and the VDP function assigns a embellishment mask. This is assigned not only to each print sheet, but to each page of the underlying pdf. The device thus preserves the alignment of the pages. It's a practical solution when embellishing calendars or book contents. At the same time, this significantly reduces the downtime between orders. This way, we are able to process each order faster and more efficiently.
We can also offer personalized embellishment services. An indisputable advantage is the operator's ability to directly enter the print data and correct graphic design imperfections which often slow down production.
